Who can create new accounts in your JotSpot wiki?

By default, only the admin user can create new user accounts. You can also grant any user/group the privilege of creating new accounts.

1. If the field below is blank then all users will be able to create accounts.

2. To restrict who may create new accounts, click the Choices... button and add the names of permitted users and/or groups to the field below.
